Where to Study in Queensland

If you’re looking at taking up tertiary or vocational education of some kind then you have plenty of options throughout the state of Queensland. There are 10 different universities throughout the state - some with multiple campuses - providing hundreds of globally recognised degrees and qualifications to help you further your career.

Australian Catholic University (ACU National)

University StudentsThe Australian Catholic University is the country’s only real national university, with campuses in Queensland, New South Wales, the ACT and Victoria. A public university, ACU is open to all and has high rates of employment with partnerships throughout Australia. The Brisbane campus of ACU has over 3,000 students studying a range of undergraduate and postgraduate degrees such as business, education, environmental science, health, law, psychology and theology. Situated 12km north of Brisbane it is an easy commute into the city for students with part time work.

Bond University 

The first private university in Australia, Bond University is a not-for-profit academic centre on the Gold Coast. Bond has a personalised approach to its students with smaller study groups assisted by eminent professors and industry-experienced lecturers. They offer undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law, business, sustainable development, humanities, medicine and IT.

Queensland University of Technology (QUT)

University of QueenslandWith over 30,000 students, Queensland University of Technology is one of Australia’s largest universities with one of the broadest range of undergraduate degrees.
