Friday Island, Torres Strait

The Torres Straight Islands are a group of 274 islands to the north of Cape York. There are only a few of these islands inhabited with Thursday and Horn Islands the most popular of the cluster. Friday Island is one of the more secluded islands with fewer visits, making it a wonderfully isolated escape. Whether you’re hiring a boat or booking a charter, Friday Island is well worth a visit for the beautiful blue waters and peace & quiet.
