Gladstone Harbour
The Gladstone Marina is a first class base from which boaters can cruise the Capricorn Coast and tranquil waters in and around the Great Barrier Reef. The reef sits only 50km off shore from Gladstone Harbour with 14 sandy, tropical islands in the area too. The Marina is a family friendly area with phones, shower/toilet blocks, free barbeques, playground equipment, lovely gardens and pleasant walking tracks.
